Children’s activity clubs

You must submit a daycare application for these clubs. Your child may attend the activities no more than 12 times per month. The duration of club activities is restricted to 3 hours at a time, either in the morning or in the afternoon. Some clubs have a focus on nature, music, or art. No meals are provided, except for the Huusholli clubs. The club activities are free of charge.

Henneri is a meeting place for the whole family, with art-focused open early childhood education clubs for children aged 2-5 at home and an Art Café club open to families. You don't need to register in advance for a family club, you can come as you please. The family club gives you the opportunity to participate in different programmes and meet other families with children. Programmes include puppet theatre, poetry and picture shows, and music.

Club for 2-5 year olds

Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm.

Children aged 2-5 years old can attend the club twice a week. Applications are made online and the groups are permanent.
The clubs combine puppetry, visual and verbal arts and music. There is a permissive atmosphere where children have the opportunity to experiment and create.

Monday afternoons from 13:00 to 16:00 for pre-arranged early childhood education groups.

Club activities

Our club activities are music and art-oriented, too. These clubs are intended for children aged 2 to 5 who are in home care. The club days are Monday and Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. You can apply for a place in a club with an daycare application.

Music theatre club for schoolchildren, 1–4 graders
Wednesdays from 1.15 to 5.30 p.m.
We organize music theatre clubs for schoolchildren. Just call us by phone to inquire about a place for your child!

Supervised club activities and a family club.

FAMILY CLUB: This family club is a joint forum for small children and their parents. Families with babies are also welcome. Our club provides joint activities for children and their parents and discussions about the everyday life of families with children. You can participate in these guided activities according to your own schedule. You need not register for this family club. Our activities follow the schedule for school holidays.

The club is open:

Tuesdays from 8.30 a.m. to 3 p.m;
Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Fridays from 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon.

CLUBS FOR 2–5-YEAR-OLDS: Guided club activities start at 9.00 a.m. (doors will open at 8.30 a.m.). The club operates on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and from 12.30 p.m to 3.30 p.m. You can apply for this club through the website of the City of Tampere.
