Tampere City Library offers spaces and collections for information, education and refreshment. Everyone can visit the library and, for instance, use computers and the free internet, read books, papers and journals, listen to the music, play board games and study or work in peace. The library provides varied events for adults and children with their families. The library enhances the sense of community and general well-being.
Support for everyday digital problems
You can come to the open digital support without an appointment if you have questions or challenges, for example, about how to do business, use a computer or a smart device. There are also bookable guided tutorials in Hervanta, Koilliskeskus, Lielahti and Sampola libraries, as well as in Metso Main Library.
Book a space
The library offers a wide range of spaces for working, reading, meetings, events and leisure activities. Check out the options and book the space that's right for you.
