Housing consultation
In life, you may come across situations that affect your housing situation. Have you applied for an apartment without success, do you have questions concerning tenancy, or are you experiencing financial difficulties related to housing?
The Housing Consultation service will help you in matters related to finding an apartment and provide you with advice and guidance with rental debt issues, eviction situations, and other financial problems related to housing. Please note that there are no apartments available through Housing Consultation.

Housing consultation is on Christmas break from 19 December 2024 to 6 January 2025. The phone service is closed during the break. Other contacts received during the break will be processed from week 2.
