  • You can leave a contact request to your OMA coach via the E-services of TE services or
  • You can call our helpdesk, phone number 040 801 6581. We serve from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4.15 PM or
  • You can send email to us, address [email protected]. You can also send confidential information and attachments to [email protected] by using turvaposti. Your message will be encrypted. To be able to use Turvaposti, you need to register your email address to the service first. Follow instructions you get by using the link of Turvaposti. Service is provided in Finnish.
  • In general issues you can also call the TE services for private customers at 0295 025 500 from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4.15 PM.
