Children’s traffic park

The park can be enjoyed by both adults and younger people. The 6–10-year-olds can learn about traffic behaviour in a short teaching session and afterwards in a pedal car. The younger ones, aged 4–6, can also access the track, but only when their parent walks next to them. Children younger than this can use tricycles on a separate track. 

During beautiful summer days, the traffic park is a popular destination for a visit, and it may sometimes be necessary to wait a few moments for a chance to drive. Even waiting, however, will not be boring, as the park can be enjoyed as a pedestrian, and time can be spent by colouring images or by completing a driving licence test in the traffic park, getting one’s own driving licence as a keepsake. Participation in the traffic park is free of charge. The traffic park excursion can be celebrated in the traffic park’s ice cream café, where summer trainees from youth services and their instructors serve ice cream and other delicacies at an affordable price.
