Transition security services for employers

Transition security specialists help employers with change negotiations related to staff reductions. We provide information on how the process progresses, the statutory obligations of the employer in termination and layoff negotiations, and the options available to the employer for staff adjustment.

We organize information sessions for terminated employees about the services of the employment authority based on the employer's request. We can also provide specialised seminars on various themes such as career planning, education, and entrepreneurship. Additionally we offer personal career guidance.

We aim to expedite and aid the transition of terminated employees into new jobs or training. Co-operation between the employer, staff, and the employment authority is essential in supporting terminated employees´ re-employment.

• Tampere region employment area comprise the municipalities of Akaa, Juupajoki, Kangasala, Kuhmoinen, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Pälkäne, Ruovesi, Tampere, Urjala, Valkeakoski, Vesilahti, Virrat and Ylöjärvi.
