Have an impact on Tampere Service Point services at renewed Central Office Building

The City of Tampere invites you to participate in a survey to collect ideas for the development of the Tampere Service Point and the services for Tampere residents and visitors at the Tampere City Central Office Building, which will open in 2026.

The Tampere Service Point has been operating since 2020 and provides general advice and guidance on the services of the City of Tampere.

The Service Point will move to the renovated Central Office Building in 2026 and now is a good opportunity to make the service even better. A customer survey will be carried out to identify the needs and wishes of current and future customers regarding the Tampere Service Point's service channels, opening hours and services. It doesn't matter if you're not familiar with the Service Point - all thoughts and ideas are welcome!

The Central Office Building will open in 2026, and the ground floor will be a versatile meeting place for everyone. Take the survey and have your say on the future services on the ground floor of Central Office Building.

The survey is open from 18 October to 3 November 2024 and can be answered in Finnish and English. It takes about 10 minutes to complete the survey.
