Registering as a private person
You can register as a private person if you need to make bookings as the contact person of an unregistered team or a workplace team, for example. As a private person, you also have to pay the invoice for any bookings that you make.
When you have entered your registration information, the service will send you an activation message from [email protected]. If you do not receive this message, check that it has not ended up in the spam folder.
Registering as the contact person of an organisation
When you register as the contact person of an organisation, you need permission for this from the club, association or company you represent.
When you make bookings as a contact person, the organisation whose details you entered or which you selected in the register will be liable for paying for any bookings. An e-mail message giving notification of your registration will be sent to your organisation's email address.
Registrations of organisations' contact person are handled by the Sports Services’ bookings unit. If you are already registered as a private individual, go to My information and apply for extended user rights as an organisation’s contact person.
Registrations as an organisation's contact person are handled by the Sports Services’ bookings unit (weekdays during office hours), and their processing time is one to three days.
