• A percentage model is used, where the service provider uses a predetermined percentage of the purchase value for employment or its promotion.

The City of Tampere’s contractual partner can fulfill the employment condition by offering an employment, which can also be an apprenticeship. Providing a work try-out or internship opportunity also meets the employment condition.
