An apprenticeship is a great way to recruit a new employee. Through an apprenticeship a student gets to grow into a professional at the job through practical tasks, and the employer gets an employee with the right skill set for the job.

Recruitment trainings are always tailored to the needs of the employer, and they can also be designed in cooperation with several different employers. Those who successfully complete the training are hired by the company.
