The Kaukajärvi and Annala areas will celebrate Halloween for two weeks from 24.10.

Two draft options and other preparation materials for the alteration of the detailed plan that expands the permitted building area around Kaukajärvi School can be viewed on the city’s website and at the Tampere service point until 24 October 2024, and at the planning watch in the Kaukajärvi Library on 21 October from 16:00 to 18:00.

For the summer of 2024, the Kaukajärvi schoolyard was home to a temporary community garden consisting of sixty growing boxes and the large and small farmers who tended them.

In February 2024, the Kaukajärvi and Annala Neighbourhood Programme used a map survey to ask residents about four areas for development to support its ongoing work.

There will be a "Our Haihara" residents' event open to all at Haihara Manor at Haiharankatu 30 on Tuesday 16 April 2024 from 17:00 to 19:00, where you can plan how the Haihara Manor area should be both a favourite place for residents and an attractive place to visit.

A temporary community garden will be set up in the yard of Kaukajärvi school for the summer season 2024.

Tampere is running the Kaukajärvi and Annala Neighbourhood Programme 2023-25, and the City of Tampere is asking residents for details on this year's plans in a survey open from 12 February to 25 February.

The local detailed planning of the Kaukajärvi School area is about to begin with the aim of increasing the right to build.
