Letters from Tove
Reading events (in Finnish) at the Moomin Museum daily at 2 pm 13-17 June 2023
Tove's words lead us into her personal life and relationships, which also influenced the Moomin stories. Why does the Hobgoblin desperately search for the King's Ruby? Who are the world's last dragon or Thingumy and Bob? During the reading sessions, you will experience the familiar original illustrations from a new perspective.
Reading events (in Finnish) at the Moomin Museum daily at 2 p.m. during the Manse Pride week from June 13th to 17th, 2023. The event is included in the museum’s admission fee.
Rainbow Meadow nonstop guided workshop in the Studio
Studio is open daily from 12pm to 4pm 13-17 June 2023
In Moominvalley's peace, a tremendous variety of diverse flowers grow, some of which even the Hemulen can't identify. Paint a plant that no one has discovered yet. Your plant can be electric blue like a Hattifattener, a black tulip, a ruby red rose, a wildly angostura subspecies, or even a peony crafted from a cloud puff.
In the guided nonstop art workshop, we will collaboratively paint a community flower meadow using gouache paints. The artwork will be displayed in the Moomin Museum's Studio throughout the summer
The workshop is included in the museum's admission fee, and the Studio is open daily from 12 pm to 4pm. The workshop is suitable for all ages.
