The traditional Tampere Christmas Market opens its doors again in the run-up to Christmas. The Christmas Market will be open every day from 11 am to 7 pm. The Gluhwein restaurant will be open daily until 8 pm.
As usual, the stalls will feature authentic Finnish handcrafts, unique Christmas gifts and even more Christmas delicacies. In addition to domestic products, the Christmas Market will also feature Ukrainian handcrafts. A varied programme is also an essential part of the Christmas Market, with choirs, children's groups and performers providing a daily experience.
The Christmas Market area will be even bigger this year, with more than a dozen new vendors coming in. In addition, one new event stall will be added around the Keskustori Central Square fountain, as the range of products offered by the Finnish Crafts Entrepreneurs Association continues to grow. The traditional gates, decorations and landmarks of the Christmas Market will also get a new look, creating a wintry and magical atmosphere for visitors.
The Christmas Market will also be open on Independence Day on 6 December. You can also admire the magnificent light works when the buildings around the Keskustori Central Square will be illuminated with winter light installations from 6 December.
The opening of Christmas will take place on 26 November
