Job Fair Tampere recruitment event will be held again at Tampere-talo 23.10.2024

Job Fair Tampere is open to companies of all sizes and industries in Pirkanmaa, and to all jobseekers regardless of their background. The event is a unique opportunity for employers to promote their open jobs that do not require excellent Finnish language skills. The event offers companies a chance to reduce the time and cost of recruitment, and an opportunity to promote their brand to the audience as well as learn about the local labour market. Employers are offered a stand at the event where they can meet potential jobseekers in person.  

For jobseekers, the event is an opportunity to talk face-to-face with company representatives and pitch their skills. Additionally, attendees can have a professional CV photograph taken, participate in workshops, and receive valuable information and support on education and employment-related matters.

International House Tampere is constantly developing ways to help local employers recruit international talents more easily. Job Fair Tampere aims to improve the situation where jobs and jobseekers do not always meet, bridging the gap between employers and skilled candidates. The event also supports efforts to attract and retain international talent in Tampere, enhancing the city's competitiveness.

Employers should register as soon as possible, at the latest by 16.10.2024. Places are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. International House Tampere will showcase companies and their open jobs in the marketing of the event to attract the right job seekers.
