The Multidisciplinary Joint Service Promoting Employment (TYP) is a collaborative model involving employment services, social and health services of the Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa and Kela. It serves job seekers who have been unemployed for a longer period.
In the TYP service, your individual barriers and prerequisites for employment are assessed. A multidisciplinary employment plan is created with you. The plan may include public employment services, social and health services, and rehabilitation services.
You are directed to the service through your OMA coach.
Health check-ups
You have the opportunity to access a free health check-up if you are an unemployed job seeker or frequently in short-term employment. The purpose of health check-ups is to promote your health, well-being, and work ability. You can book an appointment for a health check-up yourself or through a referral from your OMA coach.
