The customer service point of the Sports Services will close its doors starting from 20 May 2024
Customer visits are possible only by appointment after the closure of the service point. Customers will be served as usual by phone and email.
The Sports Services’ customer service point at the Tampere Stadium will be closed from 20 May 2024. Customer visits will be possible from Tuesday to Thursday between 10 am and 3.30 pm by appointment.
The appointment time must be agreed in advance either by email at [email protected] or by phone at 03 565 34300. Phone service is open on Mondays from 12 noon to 3.45 pm and from Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 3.45 pm. Arrival instructions will be provided to the customer when making an appointment.
The reason for the closure of the service point is the decrease in customer visits. There is very little business at the customer service point of the Sports Services these days.
