New payment method replaces the use of the travel card for Sports Services

The online sports shop allows you to buy a single ticket for all of Tampere's swimming pools and gyms run by Tampere City Sports Services. The online shop works on both mobile devices and computer browsers.

Use of the QR ticket in swimming pools

The QR ticket is displayed on a reader near the ticket office. Once the payment is accepted, the reader instructs you to place the wristband on it. Empty wristbands can be found next to the reader. The wristband is charged once, and upon leaving, the wristband is returned to the gate.

Use of the QR ticket in gyms

You can use the QR ticket to pay for a single visit to the gyms in Nääshalli Sports Hall, Kaukajärvi Leisure Centre and Tesoma Ice Stadium. The QR ticket is displayed on a reader located near the entrance. At the Tesoma Ice Stadium gym, the QR ticket is first used to open the gym door and then displayed at the gate inside. The QR ticket is not in use at the Tampere Swimming Centre gym. You can also buy an entrance ticket to the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre from the online shop.

Other familiar single fee payment methods are still valid. For example, you can still buy admission to a swimming session with a single fee payment at the ticket office.
