Services for immigrants in Tampere
Initial integration services are available to, for example, quota refugees, people who have been granted a residence permit through an asylum application and people granted temporary protection.
The need for the service is assessed on an individual basis, and the services are based on the Law on the Promotion of Integration. The purpose of the law is to support and promote integration and to enable immigrants to participate actively in Finnish society. The law also aims to promote equality and equality and positive interaction between different groups of the population.
