- The lesson lasts for 30 minutes and includes ten swims.
Swimming school 1
The group is recommended for children who have turned 6 and are timid in water or cannot swim and who avoid submerging their heads in water. The group gets used to the water by playing games and practising the basics of swimming school 2.The course takes place in the children's pool.
Swimming school 2
The group is recommended for children around 6 years old who do not know how to swim and who can dip in the water. The goal of the group is to swim ten meters continuously on your stomach and/or back. In addition to swimming performances, this includes various tasks related to water skills. The course is held mainly in the children's pool but also in the adult pool.
Swimming school 3
The group is recommended for children around 7 years old who can swim ten metres on their stomach and back. The goal is to be able to swim 25 to 50 metres. Teaching takes place in the children's pool and deep water.
Swimming school 4
The group is recommended for children over 8 years of age who can swim 25 metres of elementary stroke and beginner's backstroke. The aim of the swimming school is to learn to swim 25 m with proper swimming techniques, and to learn different water skills.
Swimming school 5
The group is for children aged 9 and over who can swim at least 50 metres distance. The aim is to learn to swim 50 metres with correct swimming techniques and to develop a variety of water skills, e.g. jumps, dives and the use of different equipment for swimming.
