Renovation of Sampola library nearing its end
The lobby, children's section and study areas of Sampola Library have been renovated during the summer and autumn. The renovation of the children's section has been completed, but the other areas are still being finished.

The Sampola Library is a comfortable and modern library for the whole family. It is located in the middle of the city along good transportation routes. The library offers a stimulating environment that supports lifelong learning. In Sampola, you’ll also find makerspace Tekomo, Tampere adult education centre and Tammerkoski upper secondary school. You can reserve the Ritva room for meetings.

The Sampola library offers its customers access to equipment such as computers, multifunctional devices, scanners and digitisation equipment. Tekomo - Space for Creatives
The Makerspace Tekomo, a space for creativity, is also located at Sampola. In Tekomo, you can utilise two 3D printers, a vinyl cutter, a transfer press, a sewing machine, a serger, a laminator, a button maker and a graphics tablet.
